How much is the deposit, and when is the rest due?
A 20% deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward the total. The remaining balance is due the day of service and may be paid by Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Appointments require at least 12 hours’ notice and may be requested up to 30 days in advance.
Can I book outside your regular hours?
Call or text 916-871-9400 to ask about short-notice or after-hours availability. A $25 after-hours fee may apply, and these appointments are not guaranteed.
Can I combine multiple services in one appointment?
Yes. You can select one service or combine multiple eligible services in a single visit. Some combinations may require a specific treatment order or a separate appointment, which is determined during intake screening.
Cancellations & Changes
What is your rescheduling policy?
Please reschedule at least two hours before your appointment. A properly rescheduled appointment does not require a new deposit — your original deposit stays credited to the new time.
What happens if I cancel or don’t show up?
Cancellations made within four hours of the appointment and no-shows forfeit the 20% deposit. A no-call/no-show may require a deposit of up to 50% of the service total before another appointment is accepted.
What if I'm running late?
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment so later clients aren’t delayed. A late arrival that results in cancellation may forfeit the deposit.
Services & Packages
Are Vajayjay & Anal-Area Brightening and Anal-Area Brightening the same service?
No — these are two separate, distinct services with their own pricing and treatment time. Please choose the specific service that matches what you’re looking for.
Do you offer package pricing?
Yes. Prepaid packages are available in 4, 6, or 8 sessions for eligible brightening and body cupping services, saving 5%, 10%, or 15% respectively. Packages are prepaid in full and assigned to one client and one treatment area. Package savings cannot be combined with promotions, loyalty, memberships, coupons, or other discounts.
Is a membership available?
The Boujie Monthly Glow Membership ($89/month) is planned, including a monthly facial and other benefits. Membership terms, billing authorization, and enrollment will be finalized before activation.
Do you offer Permanent Makeup or a retail product line?
Both are coming soon. Permanent Makeup will launch after training, licensing, insurance, and service protocols are complete, and no permanent-makeup appointments are currently being accepted.
Health, Safety & Intake
Do I need to complete an intake form?
Yes. A completed intake and consent form is required before treatment. New clients complete a full intake; returning clients are asked whether anything has changed since their last appointment.
What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?
Every appointment includes professional screening and consultation. Because natural and organic products are used, they may contain fruit, nut, botanical, seed, honey, or enzyme ingredients — the intake form places special focus on allergies and prior reactions.
Can I bring my children or a guest to my appointment?
To maintain a safe and focused treatment environment, please do not bring children or unattended guests to appointments.

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. Friday–Saturday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Sunday: by appointment only.
