Return and Refund Policy

Boujie and Bare Esthetics provides professional esthetic services, prepaid service packages, appointment deposits, and, as available, retail products.

Appointment Deposits

A 20% deposit is required to reserve an individual appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service, and the remaining balance is due on the day of service.

Appointment deposits are connected to the reserved appointment and are not treated as payment for a completed service until the appointment occurs.

Requests involving cancellation, rescheduling, or an appointment that cannot be completed will be reviewed according to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.

Prepaid Service Packages

Prepaid 4-, 6-, and 8-session packages are purchased in full and are assigned to one client and one selected treatment area.

Package savings cannot be combined with membership pricing, promotional offers, loyalty discounts, or other coupons.

Eligibility, preparation requirements, contraindications, and aftercare requirements continue to apply to every package session.

Services

Completed esthetic services are not returnable.

Boujie and Bare Esthetics may postpone or decline a service when professional screening identifies irritation, active skin concerns, contraindications, safety concerns, or another condition that makes treatment inappropriate at that time.

Retail Products

Retail-product return and refund terms will apply when Boujie and Bare Esthetics launches physical retail products. Product-specific eligibility, return windows, hygiene restrictions, and other conditions will be disclosed before retail-product sales begin.
