Appointment deposit
A deposit equal to 20% of the complete appointment total is required to reserve a booking. The deposit is applied toward the selected service or combined services.
Booking notice
Appointments require at least 12 hours’ notice and may be booked up to 30 days in advance. Sunday appointments are offered by request.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Please text as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Rescheduling requests should be made at least two hours before the appointment. A properly rescheduled appointment does not require a second deposit; the original deposit remains credited to the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within four hours of the appointment and no-shows forfeit the 20% deposit. A no-call/no-show may require a deposit of up to 50% of the service total before another appointment is accepted.
Late arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening, rescheduling, or cancelling the appointment so later clients are not delayed. A late arrival that results in cancellation may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Multiple services
Clients may select multiple eligible services for one visit. Certain combinations require a particular treatment order or separate appointments.
Intake, allergies, and contraindications
A completed intake and consent form is required before treatment. Clients must disclose medications, current health conditions, pregnancy, recent procedures, skin reactions, and all known allergies. Because I use natural and organic products, they may contain fruit, nut, botanical, seed, honey, or enzymes in the ingredients. The intake form places special focus on allergies and prior reactions.
Photo and social-media release
Treatment consent does not require marketing consent. Clients may separately approve or decline the use of identifiable photos or videos for education, portfolio, website, or social-media purposes. Declining the release does not affect service eligibility.
Adult-only environment
To maintain a safe and focused treatment environment, please do not bring children or unattended guests to appointments.
Payment
The 20% booking deposit is collected when the appointment is reserved and credited toward the complete service total. The remaining balance is due the day of service and may be paid by Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash.
