Esthetic services only
Boujie and Bare Esthetics provides cosmetic esthetic services for beautification and skin care within the provider’s current Nevada license, training, establishment permissions, manufacturer instructions, and other applicable requirements. Esthetic services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical, physical, or mental condition and are not a substitute for medical care.
Service descriptions do not guarantee that a client is eligible for a procedure. Boujie and Bare may modify, postpone, or decline a service because of irritation, open skin, active infection, contraindications, product restrictions, recent procedures, licensing limitations, or other safety concerns.
Intimate-area brightening
The service listed as Vajayjay & Anal-Area Brightening is intended only as a cosmetic service on appropriate external skin. It is not an internal procedure, is not performed on mucosal tissue, and is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition. Eligibility depends on intake screening, the condition of the skin, product instructions, and confirmation that the requested treatment is within the provider’s Nevada scope of practice.
The service should be postponed when the area has active irritation, rash, open lesions, unusual discharge, infection symptoms, recent injury, or another contraindication. Clients with pain, persistent itching, lesions, bleeding, unusual discharge, or other medical concerns should seek evaluation from an appropriate healthcare professional before booking.
Advanced esthetic services
Microneedling, medium-depth chemical peels, and procedures using regulated esthetic medical devices will be offered only when the individual provider, establishment, supervision or collaboration arrangement, equipment, and documentation satisfy the requirements applicable to that service in Nevada. A listing on the website does not override a licensing or supervision requirement.
Permanent makeup — Coming Soon
Permanent Makeup remains a Coming Soon service and is not available for booking or performance until the required Southern Nevada Health District body-art or microblading credentials, establishment approval, sanitation requirements, service-specific consent, and patron-record procedures have been verified and activated. Permanent-makeup records will include the information and retention required by the Southern Nevada Health District.
Privacy and consent
Client intake, consent, photographs, and treatment records are handled according to the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Public photo permission and promotional marketing permission are optional and separate from treatment consent.
